SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to the following terms for SMS messages from Key My Ride.
1. Program Description
Key My Ride sends transactional SMS messages to customers who have requested automotive locksmith services. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, technician ETA and on-the-way notifications, service status updates, quotes and quote follow-ups, and post-service receipts and payment confirmations.
2. How to Opt In
You opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our service request form on the Contact page, or by providing verbal consent during a phone intake call (consent is logged with a timestamp in our system). The consent disclosure reads: "By checking this box and providing my mobile number, I agree to receive SMS text messages from Key My Ride regarding my service request, including appointment confirmations, technician ETA updates, quotes, and service status updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase."
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive multiple messages per service request.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Key My Ride does not charge for SMS messages.
5. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again on the Contact page.

7. Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Key My Ride is not responsible for message delivery issues caused by carrier network problems, device issues, or incorrect phone numbers.
8. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
